We will work together by laying hands with grief as a witness, student, and friend. During our time, we will speak life into the areas of your bodymindspirit that feel as if they've died. This work also offers space to call in the people, dreams, pets, lands, love, and envisioned futures you have lost to transformation. We will begin with a check-in, intention setting, and discussing areas of focus. Following the energy healing, we will debrief and share what emerged for us both during your session.
